Content Policy
By using Niunet PNG Limited (“Niunet”) online platforms, products or service (“Services”), you agree to abide by the Niunet Content Policy (“this Policy”) and all other Niunet policies and our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Niunet reserves the right to refuse to post any content (including feedback), or remove any content (including feedback), in whole or part, that violates this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to occasionally modify this Policy, so please check back here for any updates.
We encourage users to let us know of comments, feedback or content that may violate this Policy or Terms and Conditions. After we are notified of a potential policy violation, we may review the content and take action, including removing the content, or limiting or terminating a device’s access to our products. Note that we may make exceptions to this Policy or Terms and Conditions based on educational, documentary, scientific or artistic considerations, or when there are other substantial benefits to users from not taking action.

1. Definitions and Interpretations
“Content” means information in any combination or in any form including speech, music or other sounds, data, text, writing, signs, signals or images (animated or otherwise).
“Our, We or Niunet” means Niunet PNG Limited.
“Services” means online presence (including email, website, and social media platforms), products or services.
“Terms” means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time by Niunet PNG Limited.
“This Policy” means the Niunet Content Policy.
“You and Your” means the person, organization, business (incorporated or otherwise), or any other entity who has accepted our Terms and Conditions, this Content Policy, and uses or procures Niunet Services.
2. Prohibited Content
The following is not allowed on Niunet Services:
VIOLATION OF RIGHTS: Content that violates another person’s or entity’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: Content that is illegal, or endorses or promotes illegal or dangerous or harmful activity.
PROFANITY: Content that is profane, vulgar, or obscene.
BULLYING OR HARASSMENT: Content that harasses, bullies, or threatens others, or incites others to engage in harassing, bullying or threatening behaviour.
PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL: Content that is sexually explicit or pornographic material, or content that drives traffic to commercial pornography sites. We do allow naturalistic and documentary depictions of nudity (such as an image of a breastfeeding infant), as well as depictions of nudity that serve a clear educational, scientific, or artistic purpose.
MALICIOUS OR FRAUDULENT CONTENT: Content that is malicious, fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive. Viruses, malware, or any other malicious or destructive code, are not distributed on Niunet networks. This includes content that harms or interferes with the operation of networks, servers, or other infrastructure of customers. It also includes content that attempts to impersonate another person, account or entity, regardless of intention.
DISCRIMINATION OR HATE SPEECH: Content that is discriminatory or includes hate speech. Free expression is encouraged, hate speech or discrimination is not tolerated. Hate speech is content that promotes or condones violence against or has the primary purpose of inciting hatred against an individual or group on the basis of their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
VIOLENCE: Content that is violent or gory that is primarily intended to be shocking, sensational, or gratuitous, or that encourages others to commit acts of violence. We do allow graphic content served in a news, documentary, scientific, or artistic context, provided enough information is supplied to help people understand what’s going on. In some cases, content may be so violent or shocking that no amount of context will allow that content to be on our platforms.
REGULATED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: Content that promotes or facilitates the sale of regulated products and services, including alcohol, gambling, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, illegal drugs, fireworks, weapons, or health or medical services.
PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: Content that distributes other people’s personal and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, confidential national identification numbers, or account passwords, without their permission.
UNSOLICITED MESSAGES: Content created solely for the purpose of unauthorised advertising or other unauthorised commercial content, including spam or other unauthorised content (company logos, links, company names) that are shared repeatedly in an unauthorised and disruptive manner.
TERRORISM: Content related to terrorism, such as content that promotes terrorist acts, incites violence, or celebrates terrorist attacks. We do allow content related to terrorism for an educational, documentary, or scientific purpose, provided enough information is supplied so that viewers understand the context.
